Eligibility
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Legal Capacity
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you represent a business, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.
User Accounts
Account Creation & Security
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
One Account Per User
You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others. Account transfers are not permitted without our written consent.
Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

Use License & Restrictions

Payment Terms
💳 Pricing & Payment
- • All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise
- • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- • Payment is due immediately unless otherwise agreed
- • We accept cards, bank transfers, and mobile payments
- • All payments are processed securely through third-party processors
🔄 Refunds & Returns
- • 30-day return policy for most physical products
- • Digital products are non-refundable after delivery
- • Custom-made items may have different return conditions
- • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
- • Services are refundable before work begins
Late Payments
For invoiced services:
- • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
- • Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest charge
- • Services may be suspended for accounts with overdue balances
- • You are responsible for all collection costs, including legal fees
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and other materials on our platform ("Content") are the exclusive property of JEAD Limited or our licensors and are protected by:

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
No Liability for Indirect Damages
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
Maximum Liability Cap
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ₦100,000 (whichever is greater).
Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for the actions, content, or services of third-party websites, applications, or service providers that you access through our platform.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes informally. If informal resolution fails:
- 1. Negotiate in good faith for 30 days
- 2. Consider mediation before litigation
- 3. Pursue legal action in Nigerian courts
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we make changes:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- For material changes, we will notify you via email or prominent notice on our website
- Changes become effective 30 days after posting (or immediately for legal/security reasons)
Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
